Hatsan is the only licensed Mossy Oak camouflage processor in Turkey. Only the raw materials enter the factory and the end product is a high quality and durable product. The raw materials used in Hatsan are of very high quality, such as Turkish walnut and very high quality steel.
They have a production area of 35,000 m², 650 workers and a machine park of 500 machines in total. They are the only air gun manufacturer and the best known manufacturer of shotguns in Turkey since 1976.
At the design and engineering stage of production, the latest 3D CAD system is used. All individual synthetic parts, metal parts and assemblies are analyzed through CAE software, so that cost elimination and durability are increased. Thanks to CNC machines up to 5 axes, all parts are machined by CAM software.
